Riverside County, CA (November 14, 2023) – 29 year old Cody Rossello from Hemet tragically passed away on Sunday, November 12th, following a severe motorcycle crash on Cajalco Road in Riverside County, California. According to the California Highway Patrol, the accident took place at approximately 9:28 p.m. at the intersection with Gavilan Road in the Lake Matthews area.
The CHP reported that the victim’s motorcycle and a Jeep SUV collided at the three way intersection for unknown cause. The intersection is regulated by traffic lights in all three directions, so it is unclear how the accident occurred.

After the impact the motorcycle caught on fire and Rossello was severely injured. Paramedics responded to try to help Rossello but sadly he was pronounced dead at the scene. He was later identified by the Riverside County Sheriff Coroner.
Tow trucks later responded to the scene to remove the damaged vehicles. Police are actively investigating the death of Cody Rossello.
