Liability in Riverside Scooter Accidents
Riders on scooters and motorcycles have much smaller profiles than cars and are more difficult to see by other drivers on the road. The unfortunate reality is that those on two-wheeled vehicles have to be more vigilant than their 4-wheeled counterparts because whether they’re at fault or not, they tend to sustain greater injuries.
Drivers of larger vehicles need to be even more mindful of their surroundings as the size of their SUVs and trucks can obstruct more vision around them, making seeing motorcyclists, scooters and cyclists more difficult.
Anyone injured in a scooter accident or motorcycle accident involving a much larger vehicle should have their cases investigated to see if they’re entitled to compensation and damages.
