Las Vegas, NV (July 2, 2024)
This afternoon at about 1:18 p.m., Nevada State Police reported that a horrible crash occurred on US-95 at mile marker 108. The investigation is ongoing and details are still coming out. As of now, the circumstances surrounding this crash are unclear.
Tragically, we do know that this crash was fatal. It is unknown how many cars were involved, how many people were fatally injured, or who was at fault.
Nevada State Police said that they expected closures on the roadway to last 1-2 hours. They asked drivers to avoid the area and take alternative routes to their destinations.
There have been multiple notices about highway fatalities on Nevada roads in the past week. Nevada State Police reported one on the 29th and another on the 25th.
