Injuries Reported In 2-Vehicle Rollover Crash In Sacramento County

2 injured in multi-vehicle collision in Desert Hot Springs.

Sacramento County, CA (September 29, 2024) At least one person was injured in a two-vehicle rollover crash in Sacramento County on Friday, September 27th, 2024. The collision took place on Interstate 80, right around 2:30 p.m. Officers reported that one of the vehicles rolled following the accident.

As vehicles traveled along eastbound Interstate 808 in North Sacramento on Friday afternoon, two vehicles suddenly collided. It happened near Raley Boulevard, according to reports. One of the vehicles began to roll and finally came to a stop in one of the lanes, blocking traffic. Debris from the collision also littered the freeway, causing traffic issues for commuters.

The California Highway Patrol arrived at the scene and found the two vehicles in the middle of eastbound I-80. They hurried to the vehicles to help anyone who had been injured. They also investigated the scene in an effort to determine what caused this accident. They are also diligently working to determine who was at fault, according to reports.
