Kentfield, Marin County, CA (September 12, 2024) A T-bone collision occurred in the town of Kentfield, located in Marin County, California, on Thursday morning, September 12th, 2024. It all happened in front of Marin Catholic High School, at the intersection of Corte Comoda and Sir Francis Drake Boulevard. Reports indicated that the two vehicles collision around 7:45 a.m. and 3 people, including a child, were injured.
A gray Range Rover SUV and a Toyota Corolla sedan both entered the intersection of Corte Comoda and Sir Francis Drake Boulevard at the same time. One vehicle was T-boned by the other directly in front of the Marin Catholic High School, officers reported. The SUV sustained moderate damage to its side and the Toyota had serious damage to its front end, following the accident.
Emergency personnel arrived at the scene within minutes and found a 6-year-old girl inside the Toyota with injuries. Her mother and grandmother had also been injured in the accident, officers reported. There was no word as to whether or not anyone in the Range Rover sustained injuries.
Officers requested tow trucks to come to the scene and remove both of the damaged vehicles from the intersection. They are working to determine what happened in front of the high school, as well as who was responsible for this T-bone collision in Kentfield.
