Ramona, CA (November 14, 2024) A head-on collision in Ramona, California, occurred on October 28th, 2024. 60-year-old Laura Sue Glazewski became trapped in her car following the crash and had to be extricated by fire fighters. Sadly, she did not survive the accident. It happened around 7:30 p.m. on Main Street.
Glazewski was driving a Toyota sedan, heading north on Main Street. At the same time, a Chevrolet pickup truck was traveling north on Main street and drifted into oncoming traffic. Glazewski had no time to react and the two vehicles collided, head-on. Glazewski was found trapped inside her vehicle and had to be freed by authorities. They found her with life-threatening injuries and she was rushed to Palomar Medical Center in the town of Escondido. The medical team did everything within their power, but Glazewski succumbed to her injuries and was pronounced dead at the hospital.
