A two-vehicle collision occurred early Friday morning that caused a fatality.
The crash happened at 97th St. and Vermont Avenue in Vermont Vista. It was about 1:24 a.m.
Officers report that a vehicle was pulling out of 97th street and heading west. Then, for reasons still unknown, it collided with another car that was heading northbound on Vermont Avenue.
Reports also state that a person on a bicycle might have been killed in the crash, crushed between a sedan and a pickup truck. An investigation is ongoing.
