Littlerock, CA (April 3, 2024) The morning commute took a turn for a few people on Pearblossom Highway in Littlerock this morning. Two vehicles collided right around 8:30 a.m. near 96th Street East, according to officers. One person sustained serious injuries in the accident and had to be airlifted to a local hospital to receive treatment.
A Ford SUV and a Honda Accord were among vehicles traveling along Pearblossom Highway on the morning of April 3rd. For reasons still unknown, the Ford SUV and the Honda crashed at 138562 Pearblossom Highway, according to the California Highway Patrol.

The Lost Angeles Fire Department arrived at the scene with the Califonria Highway Patrol and found the two vehicles with major damage. Two people were trapped inside at least one of the cars and firefighters had to use special tools to extricate them. One person sustained serious injuries in the collision and paramedics prepared them to be airlifted to a local hospital in critical condition.
Police officers had to call tow trucks to the scene to remove both of the severely damaged vehicles from the highway. They arrived at the location, just south of Sun Village where they hauled the two vehicles away. Crews hurried to clear glass and debris from the highway as investigators gathered evidence. They are determined to figure out what caused this accident on Pearblossom Highway. They also hope to determine who was at fault.
