Manteca, CA (September 21, 2023) – A man was tragically killed on Wednesday, September 20th, in a pedestrian accident on Highway 120 in Manteca. The accident was reported around 4:20 a.m. on the westbound side of the highway near Jacktone Road.
The victim was walking along the highway when he was struck by a vehicle. The man was severely injured, and sadly was pronounced dead at the scene.

The cause of the accident is unknown at this time. The police do not believe drugs or alcohol to be contributing factors.
