Fresno, CA (August 15, 2023) A pickup crashed into a house in Fresno on Tuesday, hitting a gas main in the process. This caused a gas leak at the top of the house, according to fire fighters, that ignited the house.

The pickup crashed through closed gates of a gated community, destroying the metal gates. The pickup continued forward, without slowing down, until it crashed into a house on Medinah Circle, near Copper Avenue and Maple Avenue. It destroyed an outside gas main in the crash, which created a leak, and resulted in a house fire.
Fire fighters quickly contained the fire. There appears to be no injuries inside the home. The cause of this accident is being investigated.
