Turlock Single-Vehicle Collision Leaves 6 Injured

6 injured when car crashed into tree in Turlock.

Turlock, CA (September 10, 2024) Six people were injured in a single-vehicle collision in Turlock on Monday morning, September 9, 2024. The accident occurred on Fulkerth Road right around 4:19 a.m. Officers arrived and found a vehicle with six passengers had crashed into a tree.

A vehicle was traveling along the 3200 block of Fulkerth Road, early on Monday morning, September 9th. For reasons that remain unknown, the driver lost control and the vehicle veered off the road before slamming into a tree at a fairly high speed.

Reports indicated that four ambulances, three fire engines and several police cars from the Turlock Police Department arrived at the scene. Paramedics found all six passengers with injuries, according to reports. The six people were loaded into ambulances and transported to hospitals in the area to receive treatment for various injuries.

The vehicle had sustained serious damage and officers had to request a tow truck to come to the scene and remove it. Officers gathered evidence and are working to piece together what happened to cause the vehicle to crash into a tree on Fulkerth Road.
