Officers reported that the collision occurred at approximately 6:00 p.m. at the intersection of Walerga Road and Elkhorn Boulevard. One person was injured in this accident, officers reported, but the injuries were said to be non-life-threatening.

They found the police car and another vehicle sitting in the middle of the intersection, surrounded by debris. Both vehicle had sustained damage in the accident and officers found one person with injuries. Paramedics evaluated the injured person but it is unknown, at this time, if they were transported to a hospital to receive further treatment.
