Tyller Nichols Killed in Dayton Car Crash

One seriously injured following two-vehicle collision on Interstate 15 in San Diego.

Lyon County, NV (June 13, 2024) A man from Dayton has tragically passed away after a deadly single-vehicle car accident.

Tyller Nichols was a passenger in the car of Kyle Walker. Tyller was 30, and Kyle is 34. Kyle was driving a white 2002 Chevrolet Trailblazer. The two men were heading south on Six Mile Canyon Road.

As they were coming up on San Clemens Avenue, for unknown reasons, the car rotated clockwise. It then moved southwest across the lane and left the roadway. Next, the Chevrolet hit a ditch that caused it to go flying in the air, coming down only to strike a fence on someone’s property. This impact caused the car to turn completely upside down, which is how authorities found it.

Reports state that neither of the men were wearing seatbelts. When Nevada State Police arrived on the scene, they found Tyller Nichols deceased.

Kyle Walker was arrested under suspicion of DUI and booked into the Lyon County Jail.
