(Orange, CA) A U-Haul truck drove into an apartment complex in Orange.
At around 2:30 a.m. Tuesday, Orange County police reported the U-Haul truck incident occurred at the corner of Lincoln and Palm Avenues.
The truck drove down the street when it seemingly lost control and barreled through some trees before coming to a stop in a resident’s living space.
The U-Haul truck driver retreated from the crash site with his dog, leaving the truck behind by the time the Orange County Police Department arrived.
Not only did the vehicle cause structural damage to the apartment complex, the crash injured one person within the residence who suffered minor lacerations.
