Liability in a Pasadena Car Accident
A driver who recklessly operates a vehicle and in doing so causes another person’s death can be held liable for vehicular manslaughter.
Because the motorist in this case was recklessly driving their vehicle the wrong way on the freeway, they will likely be charged with felony vehicular manslaughter.
It’s unclear at this time if the motorist was impaired, but if they were, the charges and consequences would likely be worse.
