Fullerton, CA (November 15, 2023) – A 67 year old woman from Fullerton was tragically killed on Tuesday, November 14th, in a fatal pedestrian crash on Brookhurst Road in Fullerton, California. The Fullerton Police Department reported that the accident occurred around 5:10 p.m. at the intersection with West Oak Avenue.
According to the Fullerton police, the accident involved the pedestrian and two vehicles, a blue Nissan Rogue and a black GMC Sierra. Apparently the GMC was travelling southbound on Brookhurst road and the Nissan was driving north in the same area. According to the drivers, the pedestrian crossed suddenly into the road catching both drivers off guard. The GMC driver managed to avoid the pedestrian but the Nissan struck the woman causing her to fly into the GMC. She sustained severe injuries in the collisions.

Paramedics were called to the scene to assist the woman, but her injuries were too severe and she was pronounced dead at the scene.
Police are further investigating the pedestrian crash on Brookhurst Road.
