Woodcrest, CA (August 12, 2024) A terrible collision occurred on Friday night in Woodcrest that left one person injured and another tragically deceased.
The crash happened in the 16400 block of Mariposa Avenue at about 8:20 p.m.
The Riverside County Fire Department said that one person was pronounced dead at the scene. The other person was taken to a hospital with moderate injuries.
The cause of the crash is still under investigation.
