Multiple vehicles collided, injuring at least two people, after a DUI crash on Lakeville Highway on Sunday, August 6th. The incident began at 5:50 p.m. near South McDowell Boulevard.
A 58 year-old man from Petaluma, CA named Charles Piezzi was driving under the influence when he rear-ended a car in his SUV. This triggered a chain reaction of collisions eventually involving four vehicles in total.

At least two individuals were injured in the series of crashes, including a woman who had to be taken to Petaluma Valley hospital.
Charles Piezzi parked his car on the road and fled into a nearby neighborhood. Witnesses reported his whereabouts and police were able to locate him.
