(Las Vegas, NV) On December 12, 2024, a 68-year-old pedestrian who had been struck by a vehicle on October 27 sadly succumbed to his injuries.
The initial crash occurred around 9:36 p.m. when the victim, Raul Moran-Castillo, was crossing Decatur Boulevard outside of a marked crosswalk. A motorist in a Honda Accord was driving southbound on Decatur and swerved to avoid Moran-Castillo, but they were not successful.
According to the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department, the Honda driver was arrested for driving under the influence.
