The crash happened around 6:30 p.m. when Shivam Patel was driving down Santa Ana Canyon Road, just east of Lakeview Avenue, and lost control of his Lamborghini. Reports indicated that the Lamborghini rolled several times before it came to a stop not far from the 91 Freeway. Anaheim Police Department Sgt. Jon McClintock said the passenger in the car, described only as a man in his 40s, was thrown from the vehicle during the crash.

Patel sustained only minor injuries in the rollover collision and was taken to a local hospital to receive treatment.
