Torrance, CA (May 19, 2023) Authorities reported that a motorcyclist, involved in a collision in Torrance, succumbed to his injuries in the hospital. The accident happened on Wednesday afternoon around 3:30 pm near the intersection of Sepulveda Boulevard and Anza Avenue, as per the Torrance Police Department.

Based on initial investigations, it was found that an unidentified male was driving a blue 2005 Suzuki motorcycle westbound on Sepulveda near Anza. He collided with a white 1997 Mercury vehicle driven by an 83-year-old woman, the police mentioned in their statement.
According to the police, it seems neither alcohol nor drugs played a role in this accident. The identity of the deceased motorcyclist is yet to be ascertained.
