The collision claimed the life of a motorcyclist, according to officers at the scene. The fatal accident took place just after 12:00 p.m. on Mount Veeder Road, near Veeder Hills Vineyard.

Officers arrived at the scene and found one of the vehicles down the embankment. The motorcyclist had been thrown from the motorcycle and laid on the ground motionless. Paramedics began performing life-saving techniques on the rider, but it was too late. The motorcyclist had been killed in the collision. With heavy hearts, they pronounced the rider dead at the scene and requested a coroner.
