WILLOWBROOK, CA (SEPTEMBER 7, 2023): 62-year-old Arturo Gonzalez was struck and killed by a vehicle in the Willowbrook area Sunday evening.
According to the California Highway Patrol, Gonzalez was walking in the area of the 1600 block Imperial Highway when a vehicle struck him at around 9:13 p.m.

Gonzalez was fatally injured and was pronounced dead at the scene.
It is unknown if the vehicle remained at the scene. The CHP continues to investigate the death of Arturo Gonzalez on Imperial Highway.
