Man Dies After Being Pinned Between 2 Cars In Calabasas

Calabasas, CA (September 4, 2023) A man was killed on Saturday (September 2, 2023) afternoon after he was pinned between 2 vehicles in Calabasas. The Lost Angeles County Sheriff’s Department reported that the tragic accident happened around 2:38 p.m. near the 26400 block of Rondell Street.

In a press release, the Los Angeles Sheriff’s Department said that a vehicle drove into a parking lot from Las Virgenes Road and for unknown reasons, accelerated. The car then collided with another vehicle that was parked in the parking lot. A man was getting out of his vehicle when the accelerating car crashed into his vehicle, pinning him between the two cars.

The Los Angeles County Fire Department arrived at the scene only to pronounce the victim dead at the scene. He has not been identified and authorities are investigating this collision.
