Man In Wheelchair Struck & Killed By Car In Hollywood

Hollywood, CA (September 23, 2023) A man in a wheelchair was struck by a vehicle in Hollywood and died on Friday morning. The Los Angeles Police Department’s North Hollywood Division responded around 11:00 a.m.

It happened at 7843 Lankershim Boulevard and Strathern Street in Hollywood. Officers arrived at the scene and discovered that a car was traveling south on Lankershim when they hit the pedestrian. The man in the wheelchair was crossing the street when he was struck, according to the Los Angeles Police Department.

The pedestrian was pronounced dead at the scene. Authorities are still investigating this accident.
