LOS ANGELES, CA (November 1, 2022) – A man now identified as Gerardo Rodriguez Lopez was killed on the 110 Freeway after he was hit by a vehicle on the transition road from the southbound 110 to the westbound 10 Freeway near downtown Los Angeles.
The man died at the scene, which occurred about 5 a.m., according to the California Highway Patrol.

The transition road was closed while an investigation was conducted.
