Phelan, CA (August 29, 2023) – A pedestrian was tragically killed on Friday, August 25th, in a car accident on Duncan Road in Phelan. The accident was reported around 7:04 a.m. at the intersection of Duncan Road and Johnson Road.
The California Highway Patrol responded to the accident and found the pedestrian with severe injuries. The victim was pronounced dead at the scene.
