Authorities are investigating a Garden Grove accident that took the life of a 35 year-old homeless man today.
According to the Garden Grove Police Department, the accident took place at the intersection of Clinton Street and Westminster Avenue.
Investigation of the crash revealed that the victim was crossing south across Westminster Avenue, without a crosswalk, when he was struck by an oncoming car.

Orange County Fire Authority Paramedics also responded to the scene and transported the man to the hospital, where he was declared deceased.
The driver was cooperative with the police investigation. There is no evidence to suggest that drugs or alcohol played a roll in the accident.
