ARCADIA, CA (AUGUST 23, 2023): A dump truck carrying dirt and concrete was involved a multi-vehicle collision at an Arcadia intersection Wednesday morning.
The incident occurred at Santa Anita Avenue and East Huntington Drive, and involved the dump truck and two other vehicles. The truck collided with a fire hydrant and overturned, causing major spillage of dirt and concrete all over the road.

The Arcadia Fire Department responded to the incident, and reported various moderate-to-minor injuries. The spillage has caused road closures in the affected area.
Authorities continue to investigate what caused the truck to collide with the hydrant and subsequent vehicles.
