Fontana, CA (August 18th, 2023) – Two trucks and two other vehicles were involved in a serious truck accident in Fontana on Friday, August 18th. The accident took place in the northbound lanes of Interstate 15 at approximately 5:23 a.m.
The vehicles involved included a white semi-truck, a blue semi-truck, a white Subaru sedan, and a grey Toyota Tundra.

The chain of events began when the Subaru and the white semi-truck collided. The semi-truck then lost control and struck the center divide, ending up on top of the guard rail and blocking traffic in both directions. The other vehicles then struck the obstructing truck.
No details have been released about injuries in the collision, but the multiple lanes of traffic were blocked for several hours and about 60 feet of guard rail was destroyed in the accident.
