North Highlands, CA (November 27, 2023) – At least one individual was injured on Sunday, November 19th, in a serious hit-and-run on Watt Avenue in North Highlands, California. According to the California Highway Patrol, the accident took place just after 2:00 p.m. at the intersection with Margaret Way.
The CHP responded immediately to reports of the accident and found that at least three vehicles were involved in the crash. A Toyota Scion was blocking the intersection, a Jeep Patriot was also found on the scene, and a third vehicle, believed to be a black Nissan Rogue, fled the scene on Watt Avenue. The damaged vehicles were moved to a nearby parkin lot.

Reports noted at least one person had sustained notable injuries, prompting the dispatch of paramedics to the scene. At least one victim was transported to the hospital by ambulance. No further details about injuries have been disclosed.
