Santa Clarita, CA (July 31, 2024) A man was tragically killed in a single-vehicle accident in Soledad Canyon on July 27.
According to reports from California Highway Patrol, the crash occurred at about 5:46 p.m. The details surrounding the accident are unclear, but we do know that the vehicle went over an embankment for unknown reasons.
This caused the victim to be ejected from the vehicle. His name was Darrell Bruns, and he was 55. Paramedics sadly pronounced him dead at the scene.
It has not been confirmed whether or not there were other occupants in the vehicle.
