OAKLAND, CA (May 23, 2022) – A driver who was headed in the wrong direction on Highway 24 in Oakland has been arrested after attempting to run away. The driver was heading against traffic on the 24 when he collided with another vehicle, killing one woman and injuring five others according to the SF Chronicle.
