22-Year-Old Motorcyclist Killed In Sacramento Hit-And-Run

Motorcyclist seriously injured in collision with pickup in Apple Valley.

Sacramento, CA (February 26, 2024) It was the middle of the night in Sacramento, when a motorcyclist was struck by a vehicle that fled the scene, officers said. At approximately 2:24 a.m. on February 26th, at the intersection of N Street and 8th Street, a 22-year-old motorcyclist was hit and left alone to suffer.

Officers with the Sacramento Police Department arrived at the scene and found the motorcyclist lying on the road with life-threatening injuries. His motorcycle was several feet from him, smashed and debris littered the area. Officers said it was obvious the motorcyclist had been hit by a car, but there was no car to be found in the area.
