Fresno, CA (November 14, 2023) A motorcyclist and the child who was riding as a passenger on the motorcycle, were both injured on Monday afternoon when they collided with an SUV in Fresno. The collision occurred around 3:340 p.m near Edison High School, according to the Fresno Police Department.
It happened on Church Avenue and Fairview Avenue, not far from Martin Luther King Boulevard. For reasons still unknown, the motorcycle collided with an SUV. The motorcyclist and the child who was riding as passenger both fell to the ground.

Emergency crews arrived to find them both injured, but conscious. Paramedics evaluated them both at the scene, but there is no information as to whether or not they were transported to a hospital. The driver of the SUV who collided with them remained at the scene and cooperated with police officers. They were uninjured in this collision.
The motorcycle had to be removed from the roadway and investigators were seen looking for evidence and working the scene following the crash. Officers do not know what exactly happened on this Fresno road, but they hope to determine what caused this collision and who was at fault in their investigation.
