Further investigation suggests that the pedestrian may have been attempting to repair a disabled vehicle when he was struck by another passing vehicle, as reported by KTLA5. The Orange County coroner’s office arrived at the scene at 12:42 a.m., marking the tragic conclusion of this heartbreaking incident.
